During her career, she has successfully assisted several clients at Philips, NN (sister concern of ING), Prudential etc in producing methodologies and implementing processes to improve their software development capabilities, from initial scoping and business case through to deployment & release. This included defining workflows, providing training and coaching teams to excel their performance and productivity.

In 2016, Muhammad graduated from Austin College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology focused on Exercise and Sports Science. After graduation, he began working at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department. After several years in healthcare, Muhammad decided to branch into a new career path and joined The i4 Group just two weeks after the birth of his first child. For the next year and a half, he served as the team Scrum Master while participating in seminars, conferences, classes, and client engagements under the mentorship of The i4 Group. During this time, he obtained SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA) and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications. Working at The i4 Group has opened Muhammad’s eyes to an ever growing field. Each day, he continues to learn new skills, gain practical knowledge, and grow into the field.
Craig’s career in technology and business spans three decades in a host of varied business segments including retail, financial, medical, insurance, telecommunications and distribution. Eleven years ago, he landed (quite by happenstance) on agility. Since then, Craig has dedicated his time to educating, guiding and mentoring people and organizations to realize the potential value of agility across all parts of any organization, and the power of disruptive and innovative thinking.
Craig started The Human Agility Project to research discoveries in neuroscience, brain plasticity, the origins of emotion and emotional intelligence, and the physiology of human change. This has allowed him to incorporate this new understanding into more effective coaching and mentoring, with a deeper understanding of how to find and incorporate those missing pieces of the puzzle.
