Over the course of a few years I have developed a multitude of skills and practices in Lean-Agile Methodology. My journey began over 8 years ago at AT&T. During my time at AT&T, I served as a Field Operations Manager. Over time, i progressed into a Sr. Quality/ Process Manager in which I developed product designs, established procedures for quality-control audits, directed process flow inspection, and managed the launch of multiple system releases (communication, documentation, training, testing) to 22-state sales organization to support project post-production.
After a few years with AT&T, I transitioned into Senior Scrum Master role at Ericsson eventually serving as an Agile Transformation Coach and Lead Test Automation Manager. In 2016, I served as an Agile Transformation Coach at Bank of America. After 2 years as the Agile Coach, I took on the opportunity as a Release Train Engineer in which I coached leaders and scrum master on Lean-Agile practices and mindset. Lastly, in 2019, I served as an Enterprise SAFe Program Consultant at McKesson
