He has held positions at various product development companies from hands on engineer to leader such as; software engineer, project manager, scrum master, product owner, software quality assurance manager and VP of engineering.  He is the founder of The i4 Group, in which he serves as Principal.  At The i4 Group, he has worked with several organizations helping them to better deliver value through using lean-agile practices.  Charles was one of the first 50 people worldwide to earn the title of Scaled Agile Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT). He is a mentor, trainer and ICF certified professional coach (PCC).  He likes to volunteer in his community as a sports coach, math tutor and youth mentor. He is a husband and father of 3.

    Shakeel is an accomplished Technology Leader with 20+ years of experience working at fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. He is experienced in managing a portfolio of highly visible business-critical, large-scale programs, and projects and exceptional at managing stakeholder relationships from individual contributors to C-Level executives. He has a proven ability to leverage strong technical background to accelerate solution designing and deployment cycles while successfully delivering projects using a wide range of methodologies from Agile to traditional frameworks. Shakeel is an Agile trainer, coach, and thought leader, as well as a delivery-oriented servant leader who emphasizes collaboration, partnerships, training, development, and mentoring.

    Will Senn
    Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems, Tarleton State University

    Will Senn is currently Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems in the College of Business at Tarleton State University. He earned a doctorate in the Information Sciences from UNT. His doctoral thesis is entitled, An Empirical Study of Quality and Satisfaction with a Focus on Creating a Parsimonious Measurement Instrument in an Information Space. The dissertation research was situated at the intersection of information science, higher education, and business. Will holds a Masters of Science degree from UNT in Library and Information Science, a Graduate Academic Certificate in the Advanced Management of Library and Information Agencies, and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems. Will is an active participant in the information science, software development, business intelligence, and data warehousing communities.
